REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SNOW/ICE REMOVAL
Proposals can be submitted in-person, via fax or by e-mail (email@example.com), faxed(574-654-8260) to the Library Director’s office or mailed to the Library Director, New Carlisle – Olive Township Library, 408 S. Bray St., New Carlisle, IN. 46552.
Proposals must be received by the SECOND FRIDAY OF NOVEMBER (November 10, 2017), no later than 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
Proposals will be considered at the Library’s regular October Board of Trustees Meeting (Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 6:30p.m. EST).
Contract period is from November 21, 2017 through April 30, 2018.
